Intake Session & Treatment Plan

Service Description

This is the initial (2) appointments that sets the tone for working together: This first session runs 2-hour long and is designed to gather the full picture of your health and healing journey. Through thoughtful conversation, Ayurvedic assessment (including pulse and tongue observation), and intuitive listening, I’ll review your physical symptoms, emotional patterns, lifestyle habits, energetic imbalances and beliefs about healing. Next, I analyze the information shared through the lens of Ayurvedic science in order to trace back the root causes of the imbalances and generate a detailed treatment plan. The second session lasts for 60-minutes, and this is where I’ll share your personalized Report of Findings & initial plan. This includes: ~ Your Ayurvedic analysis of your constitution (prakriti) and imbalances (vikriti) ~ Custom dietary, lifestyle, and herbal formulations ~ Emotional/spiritual support tools to guide your healing ~ A step-by-step wellness plan to begin restoring balance This two-part process ensures your plan will be detailed, personalized, and effective. The price of $222 covers both appointments and the report of findings. Any herbs or tools thereafter are bought separately after agreement.
