Cancellation Policy

To honor your time and mine, all sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. If your preferred time isn’t available, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.
